The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the village of Vari and offers views of two small bays, Vari beach & Fabrica.
It was built during 1890, room-by-room, as it was a usual practice at that time. Like any traditional Cycladic house, it has large walls, wooden ceilings and other elements which help the house to be cool in summer and warm in winter. In 2022 it was renovated and got its current appearance.
It is ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has 4 rooms.

• a large bedroom with a double bed, TV, and an internal bathroom with a shower
• a room with a single bed
• a single bed in a common area
• a living room that can be comfortably used as a bedroom, with a sofa bed that becomes either a double or twin bed with orthopedic mattresses and a TV
