Thanos will personally be there to welcome you and hand over the keys. He’ll show you around the house, explain how everything works, share tips about the neighborhood and the island, and answer any questions you may have.
Due to the villa’s short summer operating season and high demand, we apply a strict cancellation policy. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation and is non-refundable, except in cases where the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, in which case the deposit is fully refunded.
The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card through the secure Viva Wallet platform. In the event of transportation disruptions (such as ferry or flight issues), and subject to availability, we offer flexibility with date changes instead of cancellations.

Rest assured, when you book Fabbrica BnB, you have the entire house exclusively — no one else will use any part of it. The house is simply designed as two independent apartments with separate entrances, so the upper floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the lower floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each section functions fully separately, providing privacy, flexibility, and comfort for your stay.
How are the beds arranged, and how should we choose our bedrooms?
Fabbrica BnB consists of two separate apartments, so it’s important to select your bedrooms accordingly. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with either 1 or 2 single beds, depending on your needs. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. Each apartment functions independently, giving privacy and flexibility for families or groups.
