House Rules
- Please turn off the air conditioning when you go out.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house.
- Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet.
- Please close all doors and windows when leaving the house.
- Tap water is not drinkable.
- Please do not remove the timers from the air conditioners.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Only registered guests are allowed inside the property.
- Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please do your dishes and take the trash out before departure.
- Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange them.
- Please respect the quiet hours: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.
The house uses smart applications and timers to help manage energy consumption responsibly.

House & Outdoor Living
- You are welcome to use the outdoor shower in the yard.
- Sometimes the water supply network may have lower pressure due to high seasonal consumption on the island.
- Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the master bedroom closet.
- We provide 2 tablets for the washing machine.
- The dishwasher works with the tablets provided in the adjacent cupboard.
- The coffee maker works with compatible espresso capsules available in local supermarkets.
- Please do not remove the Bluetooth speaker from the house.
- The iron is stored in the master bedroom.
- Please do not leave food remnants in the yard, as they may stain the stone surfaces and attract insects.
- You may use the sea canoe at your own responsibility. We do not provide life jackets and we are not responsible for accidents.
For a comfortable and elegant outdoor experience, please keep the exterior areas free of food leftovers and open trash after meals.
Jacuzzi Use Instructions
- The Jacuzzi operates exclusively from June 1st to September 30th.
- Maximum capacity: 2 adults.
- The temperature is set to 31°C and cannot be adjusted.
- Taking a shower before use is mandatory.
- Please do not enter the Jacuzzi if you have sunscreen or oils on your body.
- To turn the Jacuzzi on or off, use the ON/OFF button on the control panel.
- The Jacuzzi performs automatic cleaning every day from 09:00–10:00 and 21:00–22:00.
- Please do not use soaps, bubble bath, or oils in the Jacuzzi.
- Please do not place glass objects, food, or drinks in the water.
- Do not use the Jacuzzi if you have open wounds or skin problems.
- Children under 16 may use the Jacuzzi only under adult supervision.
- Use is prohibited for anyone under the influence of alcohol or medication.
- Please do not submerge your head under the water.
- If you notice cloudy water, a strange smell, or any malfunction, please inform us immediately.
Important about the cover:
Please place the cover correctly when the Jacuzzi is not in use. Do not sit or put weight on it, as it is fragile. When removing it, place it on a clean surface and not directly on the ground.

- There is a trash can approximately 40 meters away, on the road to the small port of the neighborhood.
- Recycling bins can be found on the road to Vari Beach and on the road to Hermoupolis.

Safety Information
- Fire extinguishers are located at the main entrances of both floors, next to the main door.
- A first aid kit is available in the kitchen cupboard.
- The house is equipped with a smoke detector.
